In addition, Victor was the editor of the first fashion magazine in the history of Louisiana, LOCALWEAR, and has been a professional fashion photographer for over 15 years. Victor networks with top agencies throughout the world and has signed local talent to major contracts. For the past 29 years he has owned Victor's International Model & Talent Management based in New Orleans, Louisiana.
